When you place an order through the Dermalife website from anywhere in the World (excluding UK) your order is despatched using International Priority Airmail
UK deliveries are sent by 1st/2nd Class or Recorded Delivery.
Approximate Delivery Times:
UK and Ireland 1-3 Working Days
EEC and Europe 2-5 Working Days
USA and Canada 6-12 Working Days
Rest Of World 6-14 Working Days
Important: In the event of delayed deliveries due to postal delays please allow 30 days for deliveries to be completed. Postal services occasionally misdirect post or use an incorrect service ie. standard or economy routing. Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements until a 30 day period has elapsed. This is to allow a misdirected delivery time to be made.

Insured Courier and bulk deliveries are made by arrangement through our office.
